Incontinent Jesse

What to do with Jesse, my blue heeler cross now she's getting incontinent.
She also has a growth on her muzzle, and according to the vet it's not normal to have growths there. Cutting and testing to be done.

But I don't want to go through all sorts of tests, she can't talk and hates the vet.
She get's in a panic, her hair falls out, she's tense and her eyes tell me enough.

Poor Jesse, why, why now. I don't need more hurt...
I adopted her 3 years ago after her owner died, and she's travelled with us many miles on the back seat, sometimes on a lap in the front.

I'm worried and see her going down hill, although she's still a happy active dog.
Thinking of putting her down gets me in a state...

Jess, Jesse, Jester Fester a 3P dog (Patient, Protective, Possessive)
The scavenger, cleaning thrown away bones and edibles from parks, parking places etc.

She had her babysitters who looked after her when we could not take her with us.
Every one loved her, especially kids, she was adorable, only snapped when in a corner and confused as cattle dogs do.

Thanks for being my mate, my shadow, waiting for me in the car. Eager to go out and run.
Not happy to be left home alone (have the curtains to proof it)
Quite happy to wait on a chain.
